I am trying to log into the boogie board but it won’t let me. Its been awhile so I thought maybe I forgot my password and requested info be sent to my email address (you do have this on file) but I am not receiving anything. I checked my junk mail too…not there.
Please let me know what is going on….

Hi Linda,
According to the memberlist, you are still an active member (it shows the last time you logged in as December 2007, but you are active).
The password retrieval is automated by excoboard. The Admins do have access to your e-mail address, but there is no way we can tell you your password. I went ahead and re-requested the info be sent to you, so check your e-mail today or tomorrow. If you don’t receive anything by tomorrow, we’ll try to come up with something else.

Nothing is coming to the email address I registered with which is still a good email address. It isn’t under my junk or spam mail either. Nothing is coming to me at that address. I didn’t realize anyone had responded to my post till Coder checked for me.
I came here after she told me.
I don’t know why I can’t get in or I’m not getting any messages sent to me email.
I’m not sure what to do at this point.

I saw you post on The Boogie today, so I’m guessing you finally got a response from the automatic password retrieval.
If you need to change your e-mail to your new one, just log in to The Boogie and go to “My Account” – you can change it there.

I checked the roster and you are an active member. You have to click on “Lost password?” underneath the login box on The Boogie homepage. Excoboard will send an autoreply to the e-mail address you used to register with The Boogie.

Hi TW!
On The Boogie Board homepage, scroll to the very bottom and you will see (in tiny letters) the word “Memberlist” just below the list of people online now.
Alternatively, you can go to your PMs and click “New Message” and either insert the username of the person you want to message or hit “To” and a dropdown search box will pop up.

I have been a member for years — now am told I have no account. I’ve been away for awhile and forgot my password. When I attempted to open a new one I was told there was already an account in my email name. Please help. Thanks.

What is your screenname? I can check the Control Panel to make sure you are still active.
Did you click the “Lost Password” link? Make sure you enter the e-mail address you used to register and not a new e-mail address.
